The VOXPA ID-1212 is a professional 12-zone audio selector designed for commercial public address and background music systems that require flexible, reliable distribution of audio to multiple independent areas. Built for system integrators, contractors and OEM partners, it allows one amplifier chain to serve up to twelve separate listening zones — retail floors, hotel corridors, factory workshops, school buildings, hospital wings, car parks and transport terminals — with clean, low-loss switching and full manual control from the front panel.

The unit provides 12 amplifier input channels and 12 amplifier output channels, letting each zone be routed to its own power amplifier or speaker line instead of sharing one fixed output. Twelve illuminated zone keys with individual status LEDs make selection and monitoring intuitive during live operation, while a dedicated POWER indicator and a SHORT fault indicator give technicians immediate visual feedback on system health.

Integration is straightforward. The ID-1212 supports remote paging microphone control and is fitted with two RJ45 interfaces for paging microphone connection, so announcements can be made from a remote position and addressed only to the zones that need them. A 24V DC backup power function keeps the selector operational during mains interruption, protecting continuity in emergency and evacuation paging scenarios.
