Production Line

Our company boasts three key production lines to meet diverse manufacturing needs. The Assembling Line, overseen by 2 supervisors, has 18 operators and 2 QC/QA staff, ensuring precise assembly processes. The Speaker Line, with 1 supervisor, 11 operators, and 2 QC/QA personnel, specializes in speaker production. The Amplifier Production Line, managed by 2 supervisors, has 10 operators and 2 QC/QA staff, focusing on amplifier manufacturing. These lines operate from our factory located on the 6th and 7th floors of Building 5, Haifu Innovation Technology. Covering 3,000 - 5,000 square meters, our facility offers OEM, design and buyer label services, with 5 years of OEM experience. We have 5 - 10 QC staff and less than 5 R & D personnel. With an annual output value ranging from US$2.5 million to US$5 million, our public address products saw an actual production of 530,000 pieces last year, with a maximum capacity of 650,000 pieces annually, demonstrating our strong production capabilities.

OEM/ODM

Our company excels in providing comprehensive OEM and ODM services. With 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing, we offer end - to - end solutions. For OEM, we accommodate buyer labels, ensuring products align with your brand identity. In ODM, our R & D team (though less than 5 people, highly innovative) designs public address products tailored to market needs. We have 3 key production lines—Assembling, Speaker, and Amplifier lines, with strict QC/QA (5 - 10 personnel) ensuring quality. Our factory, spanning 3,000 - 5,000 sq.m, supports scaling production. Last year, we produced 530,000 public address product pieces, maxing at 650,000, ready to turn your concepts into high - quality, market - ready goods.

R&D

Our company's R&D team, though small (fewer than 5 members), drives innovation in public address products. With expertise in ODM, they develop tailored solutions, translating market needs into functional designs. Collaborating with production lines, they ensure product feasibility, supporting both custom developments and improvements to existing OEM offerings, enhancing our manufacturing capabilities.
